1. Agreement Purpose
This Candidate Agreement describes terms applicable to individuals who create profiles, submit applications, upload documents, or participate in recruitment workflows through Prime Global.
2. Candidate Commitments
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and current professional information.
- Submit documents you are authorized to share.
- Respect communication standards with employers and staff.
- Avoid fraudulent identity, credential, or experience claims.
3. Profile And Application Processing
Your profile and application data may be used to:
- Match you with relevant opportunities.
- Support employer review and interview coordination.
- Maintain recruitment records and quality controls.
Submitting an application does not guarantee interview, offer, or placement.
4. Document Uploads
You are responsible for content and legality of uploaded materials, including resumes, certifications, and identity documents when requested for compliance or verification workflows.
5. AI-Assisted Evaluation
Prime Global may use AI-assisted tools for classification, extraction, and matching support. Final recruitment outcomes require human oversight and may be influenced by additional employer criteria.
6. Candidate Rights And Requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements and legitimate operational constraints.
7. Platform Conduct
You must not:
- Use the platform for unlawful activity.
- Impersonate another person.
- Submit malicious files or harmful code.

8. Confidentiality And Employer Information
Materials shared by employers, including role details and interview content, may be confidential. You must not disclose non-public information without authorization.
9. Account Restrictions
Prime Global may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, repeated policy violations, or security risk.
10. Liability And Disclaimers
